Login & account help

If you cannot sign in, confirm that you are using the email address connected to your Brightside Vault account and check that your internet connection is active.

• Try signing in again after closing and reopening the app.
• Make sure you are using the latest available app version.
• Contact Brightside Boutique if your account is locked or you need access assistance.

Inventory & customers

For questions about inventory records, acquisitions, consignments, customer information, store placement, listings, or sales, include the item name and Brightside SKU when available.

Please do not send passwords or payment information through the contact form.

Appraisals & research

Brightside Vault can assist with appraisal research and documentation. AI-assisted suggestions are informational starting points and should be reviewed before they are accepted or shared.

For a record-specific question, provide the item name, SKU, and a brief description of the issue.

Photos & label printing

If a photograph will not upload, confirm the app has photo access and try a smaller, well-lit image. For label-printing help, include the printer model, label size, and what happened when you attempted to print.

Public appraisal pages

If you believe a public appraisal page contains incorrect information or should no longer be available, contact us with the page link and the associated item or appraisal reference.

Before contacting support

• Note the device model and app version.
• Describe the steps that caused the issue.
• Include a screenshot when it does not contain sensitive customer information.
• Never share your password, verification code, or secret key.
